Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–10 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Transit Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days depending on the destination and carrier service selected.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate. Botanical Locale is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Botanical Locale is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@botanicallocale.ca with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. Botanical Locale is not responsible for any customs-related charges or delays caused by customs processing.
